Join us at The Education Showroom showcase event ‘Solutions to Develop & Foster a Positive Whole School Mental Health & Wellbeing Culture for KS1 & KS2 on 11th Sept at 4.15pm. This is a free free online CPD event.
The discussion will include how to create a culture built on the principles of wellbeing and relationships and use our SEMH intervention programme to support children to manage in a learning context when they’re struggling with their emotions and mental health.

Making a difference for children with SEMH needs: How to create a culture of wellbeing and provide targeted intervention
University of Bath Research Project is seeing a ‘statistically significant improvement in social and emotional skills’ for children who undertake the Hamish & Milo Wellbeing Programmes.
This workshop looks at the theory, resources and impact of Hamish & Milo Intervention within a whole school culture of wellbeing and how to make a difference for children to ensure they feel safe, listened to and valued, to build self-esteem, empathy and emotional regulation.
The Schools & Academies Show supported by Department for Education provides the education community with an event of networking, learning, and procuring from the most influential figures across the sector.
Taking place at the NEC, Birmingham 22nd November 2023, we are proudly attending and showcasing our emotional literacy resources. As always, the event will bring together the biggest names in UK education to share their insights, advice, and solutions. Registration is free.
Alban Teaching School Hub Conference – IncludEd takes place on January 18th 2024 at the University of Hertfordshire.
This event has the highly acclaimed SEND expert David Bartram OBE as the opening keynote plus a range of expert-led workshops from Whole School SEND, Herts for Learning and the Eastern Partnership in addition to many other curriculum hubs and educational settings. The conference aims to address the increasing demands on teachers and TAs on the increased complexity of need of learners and the focus this year is inclusive teaching.
Alban Teaching School is one of 87 nationally designated teaching school hubs and is part of the national network of hubs responsible for the world class delivery of teacher development in England.

The Cheshire East SEND Conference takes place on 22nd January 2024 at Cranage Hall, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.
