Families Together – Free 90-minute training webinar

Our ‘Families Together’ training sessions aim to give facilitating staff the knowledge, confidence and awareness to run the family programme with a group parent/carers and their children.

We recognise that running workshops for adults is different to those for children and can feel a little daunting for pastoral staff. This course will ensure staff feel inspired to run the programme through exploration of the content, approach and models.

Each Families Together training session covers:

  • Principles and theoretical framework for working with parents/carers.

  • Content, approach and implementation model of the Families Together programme.

  • Structure, logistics, session plans and resources.
  • Support in working alongside parents/carers to enhance family relationships.

  • Role and approach of the facilitating adult.

Training sessions are held between 1:00 – 2:30pm, each session is presented and facilitated by our author Clare Williams.
