To enable secure login for you in the Hamish & Milo customer account website pages and ‘Hub’ download resource area and to enable Hamish & Milo to issue valid VAT invoices and to process transactions. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.

We will send periodic emails (the email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news (if accepted), updates, related product or service information, etc.) We provide you the opportunity to opt out of such emails by following the directions provided in these emails.

How we share personal information

We will not sell individual information and will share it only as outlined in this Policy. We may share your information with service providers such as our delivery, email service, hosting and analytics providers. Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook and Twitter widget, and the Share button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. If you place an order on our Website we will save your name, email address, organisation, phone number in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you login to the Hub or to place another order. These cookies will last for one year.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select ‘Remember Me’, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
