Licensing information: Fair use of the Hamish & Milo Programme

At Hamish & Milo, our mission is to support the emotional wellbeing of children through high-quality programmes that are accessible, impactful, and ethically delivered. To protect the integrity of our work and ensure fairness across all our Champion schools, our programmes are licensed on a per-school basis.

What does ‘per-school licence’ mean?

Each Hamish & Milo Programme is licensed for use by one named school only. This means that:

  • Access to the programme (Online, Pack or Plus), printed materials, resources and training is intended solely for staff within that specific school or setting.

  • Materials and logins must not be shared across multiple schools, sites, or settings.

Why this matters

We are a small, founder-led company with a deep commitment to relational and ethical practice. By licensing per school:

  • We ensure every school, staff team and in turn, child, receives the full value of our resources, training and support.

  • We can continue to invest in quality, innovative programmes, resources and ensure sustainability.

  • We maintain a fair and equitable model for all – large Trusts, individual schools, and community settings alike.

Ordering for multiple schools?

If you are part of a Multi-Academy Trust, Local Authority, or Federation, and would like to purchase access for multiple schools:

  • Please ensure each school holds its own licence.
  • We offer discounted pricing for bulk or Trust-wide orders (10+ schools).
