Anne leads central operations. Working at HQ to oversee production, Navigtor and all things technical! She created the brand; produces all our artwork, illustrations, website, and manages the production of all of the resources.

Clare leads all training and supervision operations, manages the research project as well as writing our wonderful resources. Clare is a primary teacher and educational psychotherapist, author, speaker and advocate for children’s mental health and wellbeing. Read more

We would be lost without Kate receiving orders, managing our vast stock, liaising with schools and our Hamish & Milo champions as well as running a tight ship in the office. Kate is always ready to help and to ensure packages are boxed with care, quality assured and sent on their way!

Andrea has great depth of knowledge, insight and practice in wellbeing and holistic approaches and is an inspiring member of our team. Andrea’s capacity to connect to others, to inspire, encourage and ensure that children’s mental health and wellbeing is prioritised places her as a lead and an expert in her field. Read more

Donna is an essential part of the team coordinating financial tasks, processing invoices and all general admin and dealing with incoming calls, queries and deliveries. Donna also helps with graphic design tasks, working to keep our website and training items looking so beautiful.

Known only as ‘Super-Dave’, Software Engineer Dave joined our team at the start of 2023 to bring our vision for Navigator to reality. Dave was instrumental in designing and creating the innovative Navigator platform for assessing SEL & SEMH interventions and continues to drive development.
