Aligned with TransformED NI priorities and wider school improvement approaches, this programme combines professional learning, implementation support and practical resources to help schools with meaningful everyday practice.

This TPL Programme option supports sustainable development across staff confidence, relational practice and whole-school culture.

This programme is for schools looking to move beyond isolated interventions towards consistent, sustainable approaches that strengthen connection, inclusion and emotional wellbeing across school life.

The programme is designed to support schools at different stages of their SEMH and inclusion journey and can be adapted to reflect individual setting needs and priorities. Simply add additional requirements such as extra Voyager places, Family Programme and Navigator Impact Reporting Platform.
