Our Supervision Hubs provide reflective, collaborative spaces for Hamish & Milo Champions and pastoral staff to deepen professional insight, strengthen practice and feel supported in emotionally demanding roles.

Through guided discussion, shared reflection and professional supervision, participants develop greater confidence, awareness and understanding in delivering SEMH and wellbeing provision.

We understand that supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs can be rewarding, meaningful and emotionally demanding work. Staff are often holding children’s experiences, emotions and relational needs alongside the wider pressures of school life.

Our supervision sessions create safe, reflective spaces where pastoral staff can explore experiences, discuss challenges, share best practice and strengthen emotionally sustainable approaches to SEMH provision.

The sessions encourage professional reflection, relational thinking and collaborative problem-solving while helping staff feel valued, supported and more confident in their role.

Support, reflection and professional growth

Each session encourages thoughtful discussion around programme delivery, emotional wellbeing, implementation challenges and the experiences of the children being supported.

Sessions are reflective, collaborative and confidential, creating psychologically safe spaces where participants can deepen awareness, strengthen practice and learn alongside others working in similar roles.
