Hamish & Milo Programme – Federation Licence
Designed specifically for small primary school federations that share leadership and SEND/pastoral provision, with a combined pupil roll of up to 300 pupils.
The Federation Licence provides a cost-effective way for small federations to deliver consistent, evidence-based SEMH intervention across all participating schools while sharing resources and training.
Eligibility
- Up to three primary schools
- Combined pupil roll of up to 300 pupils
- Shared Headteacher and/or Executive Head
- Shared SENDCo and pastoral provision
All schools must belong to the same federation
Licence
- One shared licence covering all named schools within the federation
The licence cannot be transferred to schools outside the named federation
The Hamish & Milo Programme includes all ten emotion theme units
Social-emotional themes include conflict, diversity and inclusion, resilience, anxiety, sadness, change and transitions, loss, self-esteem and confidence, friendship, and anger.

Training and supervision
We are committed to supporting all pastoral staff and mental health leads to deliver our wellbeing programmes. That’s why we provide free Explorer sessions – 90-minute online webinars available to all staff.
