Please simply complete the referral form below. Your friend will receive an email notifying them that you have referred them, plus their one-time discount code of 10%. Once your friend places their order, your £40 gift voucher code will be emailed to you for spending in our online shop!

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘The Company’ and ‘We’ refers to Hamish & Milo Limited. ‘The Website’ refers to https://hamishandmilo.org and ‘Refer a Friend’ refers to the offer.

Our Refer a Friend offer means that when you refer a school, trust or individual to Hamish & Milo, the school, trust or individual you refer, receive a one-time use 10% discount code for use in our online shop, and you the refer receive a £40 gift voucher code for use in our online shop. These terms apply to all referrals made from 1 February 2024.

Referring a school, trust or individual

This section applies to the individual who is referring a school, trust or individual. When we use the word “you” in this section, we mean the referrer.

  1. For every school, trust or individual you successfully refer to Hamish & Milo, you receive a £40 gift voucher code to spend in our online shop, provided that you and the school, trust or individual referred meet the conditions as below.
  2. Refer a friend using the ‘Refer a friend’ form on the webpage https://hamishandmilo.org/refer-a-friend/ with your full name, email address and school you are referring from. No other means of referring a school, trust or individual will be accepted such as a phone call or email.
  3. The referred school, trust or individual must:
    1. Not be an existing Hamish & Milo customer.
    2. Not be an employee of Hamish & Milo.
    3. Use the one-time use 10% discount code sent via email and process their order in our online shop and make payment immediately or provide a purchase order number and pay the invoice within 30 days.
    4. Use their one-time use 10% discount code with their first order before you can activate your one-time £40 gift voucher code.
  4. You will receive a one-time gift voucher code, via email, for the total value of £40, up to 30 days after your referred school, trust or individual places their first order. No minimum order value applies.
  5. You agree that by referring a friend via our online referral form, we may share your name with the school, trust or individual so that they know who has referred them. Your data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Referred by a school, trust or individual

This section applies to a school, trust or individual who is referred. When we use the word “you” in this section, we mean the referred school, trust or individual.

  1. When referred to Hamish & Milo by a friend, you may use your one-time 10% discount code provided via email, provided you meet the conditions as below:
    You must:

    1. Not be an existing Hamish & Milo customer.
    2. Place a minimum order of £200 via our online shop.
    3. Make payment immediately or provide a purchase order number and pay the invoice within 30 days.
  2. You agree and understand that the friend that referred you will receive an email, up to 30 days after you place your order, to notify them that you have become a customer and used your discount code, this will release their £40 gift voucher reward code for their referral. Your data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy
General
  1. By taking part in the Refer a Friend offer, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. There is no cash alternative available.
  3. There is no limit to the number of Friends you can recommend to Hamish & Milo.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Company’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the refer a friend offer or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, without prior notice and with no liability to any entrants.
  5. The Company reserves the right to refuse to apply the 10% discount code and £40 gift voucher should anyone breach these terms and conditions or anyone exploiting, in any way, the Refer a Friend offer.
  6. Employees of The Company are not eligible to use this referral scheme.
  7. Instagram, X, LinkedIn or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in The Company’s Refer a Friend offer.
